안내된 구매 절차를 통해 구글폼을 제출하신 후 결제 안내를 받으신 후 먼저 결제 하신 고객님께

구매 확정이 안내 됩니다.

한국 : 무료배송
해외 : 거리에 따른 배송비 책정 후 결제 단계에서 함께 안내 드립니다.

Notice: As these are handmade items, we operate on a 1:1 custom order basis. Please submit your order via Google form. We will reach out to you individually for payment once your order details are confirmed. Production begins after payment.

Free domestic shipping within Korea.
International shipping rates vary by location and will be notified during the final payment contact.

Return & Exchange Policy

100% 수작업 제작 특성상, 구매 확정 이후에는 단순 변심으로 인한 교환 및 환불이 불가합니다.

신중한 구매 결정 부탁드립니다. 혹시라도 수령하신 제품에 하자가 있는 경우,

3일내로 즉시 제품 사진과 함께 연락 주시면 빠르게 확인 후 처리를 도와드리겠습니다.

Due to the nature of our handmade, custom-order process, all sales are final.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds once a purchase is confirmed, except in the case of a verified product defect.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
