• Required Items: Name, contact number, shipping address, Google Form responses, payment verification.

• For International Customers: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), English shipping address.

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적 (Purpose of Collection)

• 고객 식별 및 1:1 맞춤 주문 제작 진행

• 결제 안내 및 본인 확인

• 상품 배송 및 배송 위치 추적 안내

• 고객 상담 및 불만 처리 (제품 하자 확인 등)

• Purpose: Customer identification, 1:1 custom order production, payment verification, product shipping, and customer support.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간 (Retention & Disposal)

• 전자상거래법 등 관계법령의 규정에 따라 고객님의 개인정보는 주문 및 배송 완료 후 5년간 안전하게 보관된 후 파기됩니다.

• (소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 보관)

• Retention: In accordance with relevant e-commerce laws, customer data is securely retained for up to 5 years after order completion for dispute resolution and accounting purposes, then completely destroyed.
